On arrival

Welcome the aircraft on arrival and communicate with the crew; Supervise and coordinate the provision of agreed services; Ground handling of the plane, passengers, and baggage on arrival: Parking the aircraft, positioning wheel chocks, tail sands, aircraft tethering (if necessary), and positioning safety cones.

Passengers and baggage

Direct passengers from the aircraft to the passenger building or provide transportation between the aircraft and the airport terminal; Unload baggage and deliver baggage to the baggage claim area;

Crew

Direct the crew from the aircraft to the terminal or provide transportation between the aircraft and the general aviation terminal;

Refill and refuel

If necessary, we provide toilet services and replenish tanks with drinking water (specified as Centralized Infrastructure - Ramp handling); If necessary, we can also liaise and coordinate with the aircraft refueling service provider. 

On departure

Ground handling of the aircraft, passengers and baggage;
Direct the crew from the terminal to the aircraft or provide transportation between the general aviation terminal to the aircraft;
Direct passengers from the terminal to the aircraft or provide transportation between the airport terminal and aircraft;
Deliver baggage from the baggage sorting area to the aircraft, load baggage into the aircraft.

Prepare for take off

If necessary, we provide toilet services and replenish tanks with drinking water; liaise and coordinate with the aircraft refueling service provider; remove the wheel chocks under the wheels and safety cones.
