Today, the first flight of the season from New York landed at Ruđer Bošković Airport, officially launching the seasonal route that will operate daily until the end of September. This year, the service has commenced three weeks earlier than last year, and the good news for passengers is that flights will continue into October, with four weekly departures on the schedule.

The increase in the number of flights is the result of long-term cooperation and continuous investment in service improvements, representing a significant step forward not only for Ruđer Bošković Airport but also for the entire destination. As the only airport in Croatia with direct flights to the United States, Dubrovnik continues to strengthen its position on the international travel map.

Furthermore, the expansion of flights between Dubrovnik and New York/Newark is part of the largest international expansion in the history of the airline operating this route. This extension is expected to further enhance connectivity between Dubrovnik and the key transatlantic market, making the city even more accessible to American travelers and tourists.
