We process your personal data in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Regulation), in connection with Article 6 (a), (b), (c), and (f).

- Recipients: Video recordings may be provided to competent authorities (police, court) upon request, if necessary for proceedings under specific regulations
Dubrovnik Airport collects and processes your personal data during the recording of telephone conversations. Calls that are subject to recording begin with a voice message informing you that the conversation is being recorded. The data processing is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller, for the purpose of responding to user inquiries.
Dubrovnik Airport ensures that no unnecessary data is collected and that recorded conversations are regularly deleted once they are no longer needed. The personal data processed includes the following categories: name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, audio recordings of interactions with agents, and records of user responses.
4. USE OF COOKIES
The Dubrovnik Airport website uses cookies to tailor your internet experience to your needs. A cookie is a text file that a website server stores on your hard drive. Cookies are created when the user's browser loads a visited web destination, which then sends data to the browser and creates a text file (cookie). 6. HANDLING OF APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION SUBMITTED FOR EMPLOYMENT PURPOSES
Dubrovnik Airport Ltd., Dobrota 24, 20213 Čilipi, collects candidates’ personal data exclusively for the purpose of conducting the recruitment procedure for the specific job position, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Such data may be forwarded to contractual partners solely for the purpose of verifying the candidate’s knowledge and abilities.
Candidates have the right to request access, rectification or erasure of data, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. Providing personal data to the company is necessary for the conclusion of an employment contract, and you are obliged to provide the requested data. Otherwise, Dubrovnik Airport cannot offer you an employment contract.
If a candidate believes that their rights have been violated through the processing of their data, they may file a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (Martićeva 14, Zagreb, www.azop.hr). For inquiries related to personal data processing, candidates may contact the Data Protection Officer at Dubrovnik Airport Ltd. (dataprotection@airport-dubrovnik.hr).
If a candidate is not selected for the position, their data will be retained until the completion of the recruitment process for which it was submitted. After this period, the application documentation will be returned to the candidate, or if submitted via email, it will be deleted. If the candidate wishes for their data to be retained beyond this period in Dubrovnik Airport’s candidate database for future staffing needs, they must submit explicit written consent to Dubrovnik Airport (Human Resources and Talent Management Department).
7. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
In certain circumstances, we are legally obliged to forward your personal data, and the processing may include international data transfers. This legal obligation may arise from national legislation or EU regulations. Therefore, your data is shared with other recipients only when required by relevant laws and to the extent necessary to fulfill the specified purpose.

9. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data until the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled. Once the purpose of processing has ended, your personal data is no longer used, but remains stored in our system for as long as required by legal regulations governing the retention of archival materials.
10. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We regularly update our Privacy Policy to ensure it remains accurate and current, and we reserve the right to modify its content if deemed necessary. You will be promptly informed of any changes or amendments via our website.
11. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
